Partnership Overview
You (the Vendor) provide your handmade or curated products for display and sale at Orchid Lily Rose.
We (the Consignee) will lovingly showcase, promote, and sell your items through our shop, events, and client connections.
You maintain ownership of your products until they are sold.
Terms at a Glance
- Commission Split: Vendor receives 80% of the retail sale price; Orchid Lily Rose retains 20%.
- Payouts: Payments for items sold are issued by the 10th of the following month.
- Inventory: Vendor provides an itemized list of products and prices. Both parties will keep a record of inventory and sales.
- Display: Orchid Lily Rose will display and care for all products in alignment with our wellness aesthetic.
- Duration: Items will remain on consignment for 90 days, with an option to renew or refresh inventory after review.
- Unsold Items: Vendors may pick up unsold products at any time with notice, or items may be rotated out after 90 days by mutual agreement.
